Hey, playing 2 player with a friend, I died, he is stuck in a room with 1 door exit in the port level after he closed the door. This was on mission 1. The door had a flashbang trap which was disarmed before he walked in. I had to bring us to the lobby to escape.

Yes, it's updated to the latest drivers, I disabled gsync on my monitor and it might have fixed it.

ALT + Enter is the shortcut to go fullscreen or go windowed on Windows Applications, it fixes me on some other games sometimes, glad it worked!

The outfit selection menu should pan the camera to a display of your character, but the camera doesnt move and stays locked to where you were looking when you interacted with it. Guessing this is a commonly reported problem/known issue.

I had a civilian in the cash register room of the gas station, ordered the team to restrain them, but they just stood next to them trying to do it. I guess because the civilian had their back against a wall so the AI couldnt get to them. So I went ahead and did it for them, but that caused the AI to get stuck trying to restrain the civilian that I'd already restrained. They were stuck standing there for the rest of the mission.

They ignore safety, so you will still pull the trigger if you have safety on your pistol, it won't fire the bullet but will give you the shake as if it could
On a gun with the safety on and an empty mag, trigger can still be pulled, or finger moves for it
Shields ignore the rate of fire cap a semi automatic pistol has
Can enable/disable NVG, bad animation there, looks derpy, should be forced to put the shield away, or holster your pistol quickly and put it up/down with right arm.

i'm new in this server and i see you have "Void Interactive" Role so you must be part of the staff, i would like to ask you some question related to Hardware -> Game System Requirement.
In the last 4 years it has been common for games to have a high standar minimum requirement, excluding old cpus and gpus in the requirement list (either on steam or official page). My question is about CPU related, does this game require CPU compatible with SSE 4.2 in any way? does it work with a SSE 4.1 or 4.1A / 4.0 cpu? i'm asking this because i want to buy the game but honestly i don't want to waste money into a game that'll not launch at all due to my CPU limitation, the cpu i own is a Phenom II x4 955 B.E (Deneb C3) [2009]. Any Athlon or Phenom from 2009-2011 and any Intel Xeon E2/E3 (except v2) from 2009-2012 don't have SSE4.2 compatibility while still having the capacity to run the game anyway in terms of performance, but due to SSE it'll not launch at all. Thanks.

If anyone in this server is using a CPU non-compatible with SSE4.2 and is able to run the game, please let me know so i can buy it. (amd FXs series is compatible, so it should be older like mentioned above)

you can use MSI Afterburner + RTSS (rivatuner statistic server) app in background to check your Vram usage and tweak the settings to see the differences in real time, also take in count that Textures and such require storage load times

if you're using unlimited Framerate try to set a lock to 30fps at least just to check if CPU % drops
if it does, then the only issue is that your CPU is pushing to hard to reach unlimited frames per second and maybe that's forcing your cpu to much, cap FPS helps to reduce cpu usage, as the main work for any game is always CPU based, if you have an RTX3090 but you have an i5 4670k, you have a bottleneck you know, doesn't matter how good the GPU is, your FPS will be limited to your CPU capacity, and maybe here's your 100% usage (all the time) issue, take a look at limiting frames and if it works, raise the limit

Well it just worked for us. We verified integrity of files on steam then restarted. Also check joining both of you since one of us couldnt join but the other could.

Bought the game last night at 7:59 PM, downloaded the game expecting a friend to play but he changed his mind. I tried a 30 minute mission and logged off to play Hunt: Showdown and PoE and then went to bed. Then the next day I got up and asked my friend if he would play and he said no so i went to ask for a refund. It stated I had been playing for FIFTEEN HOURS on a game that I played for 30 minutes. You could try it but DX11 is more stable - there's an option in settings to turn off the flashlight bounce light, try turning that off. As for C2... I think fiddling with some of the graphics settings a bit (like turning em down) will help

can someone help me figure out this issue with reticles on sights? I can only use one sight where the reticle is fully rendered. The other sights all have pretty nasty processed reticles. Friend lobbies seem to be causing issues for some folks. Noted internally so we'll be investigating. In the meantime, here's a list of potential things to try that (we're hoping) solves the problem. I'll update the list as I think of more:

• Make sure you're playing the most recent version number (16853, top right corner of screen)

• Make sure you're logged into steam friends and online (try signing out then back in)

• Whitelist RoN in your firewall

• Close the game completely, double check that the game is completely closed in task manager, and restart steam.

• Make sure you aren't running VPN / virtual network software in the background as this can interfere. This includes hamachi / zero tier / etc.

• Verify the game's files.

• In rare cases, certain programs that have an overlay may cause issues. Try disabling any third party overlays.

• In rare cases, switching DX mode (selectable when the game launches) may also fix lobby issues.

• Try a full pc reboot.

• Set your steam client to offline (from the Steam button in the top left corner -> Go to offline mode) before switching it back to online.

• As a last resort, uninstall the game, make sure no residual Ready or Not files are left over in the steamapps AND %localappdata% folder (you can delete if there are), and reinstall.

Keep crashing frequently. Will try to see if its a RAM issue. Specs are a 1080ti, Ryzen 3700x, (not sure on my motherboard, IS ryzen compatible tho) and 32GB of ram. yeah it is,79°C on a CPU is to high. You better check (if your pc is at least 3years old) that you have proper thermal paste on your CPU and proper cooling system working and making contact with the CPU socket, otherwise your PC Case is simply running to hot by the location of it or the ammount of dust, CPU's should be on 50-70°C maximum (under load) on the average Desktop PC, in Notebooks it is acceptable, still hot, but acceptable

are you using stock Thermal paste + Stock Cooler? and do your PC case have enough air cooling flow? because 50 idle is quite high, i'm on 34°C Ambient Temperature and my cpu is running 41°C idle, Ryzens 5600X (or any 5000 series) are hot, due to the over-voltage they have to allow Overclocks with no risk on stability, but running 50 idle and 79-80°C on daily usage is quite hot, unless you're on a really hot weather

yeah for 22° ambient it is quite high to have 50°C as idle, i assume you have only physical choices, either adding more coolers to your Case (no idea how many it have) check that all of them are working properly with proper direction, move your PC to a colder location if it is not receiving enough air, check your CPU cooler speeds (min-avg-max stock) to verify it is working at the intended speeds, and if you want to lower temps without doing any of that, the only method is always doing Undervolting, it can't hurt the CPU but i'll better inform myself first before playing with voltage values, anything above default voltage can f*ck up your CPU if you go crazy (usually you manipulate this when trying to Stabilize Overclock with proper cooling) and Undervolting is the exact opposite, you find the lowest safe voltage for the CPU to boot, be stable, run games, benchmarks, etc... without crashing and being able to also work with any Boost/Turbo mode at lower voltage. Most CPUs come from factory settings at higher Voltage value than required, just to avoid any stable issue (crashes) for the average user and also allowing them to easily overclock-boost their CPU frecuency. Undervolting don't hurt CPU life / Overvolting does.
If you don't want to add more coolers, get a better one for the cpu, change thermal paste, clean pc, move it etc.... the only way is by undervolting.

You can use HWMonitor (basic) / HWinfo (advanced) / and-or checking them on BIOS or any CPU benchmark software that allows to read CPU fan speed (as the CPU fan goes into specific socket in motherboard), Rivatuner as mentioned above is good as well but it doesn't have CPU fan speed in RPM, it have CPU fan speed in % i think, so yeah it'll be another choice as well, usually Rivatuner [works together with MSI Afterburner] is used to check in real-time while playing a game, temperatures, voltages, usage %, speed of fans in %, etc etc

that'll depend specifically on your hardware and fans, they all have their own Speeds and such, you can always verify on google what are the stock/factory values of any hardware piece to compare on how they're running on your PC and such.
my old cpu fan for example was on 2670RPM as stock value (maximum speed) and my Water cooling bomb uses 5400RPM instead, so as you see, every fan have their own speed to work with, they should also be dynamic, Fans increase speed while higher temperatures are reached

modern GPUs usually have their Fans turn OFF until the gpu goes above 50/55/60/63°C and so on, and then they turn themself on i think on 30% speed, you can manipulate on MSI Afterburner that curvature of % Speef x Temperature, but before you do this i suggest you to actually check that your GPU is having any Temp issue, because if your GPU is running a safe temperature, then that's it, nothing to do, the fans are just loud as hell 😛 But if you do notice some extreme loud and... idk ... 65°C GPU (safe) then yeah they are pushing maybe to hard for nothing, you should check first how it works today, right now, and then modify to your needs
