Having a problem with load outs on PC. I am saving several load outs for my team but randomly (usually when loading back into a lobby on both single and multi-player) deleting. When I try to save a loadout with the same name it asks if I want to overwrite the original as if it was still there, but I can't see the original. I've tried reinstalling. I haven't found anyone eals with this issue so far. Anyone know why or have a fix?

Spain as apart of EU has 2 year window where you are legally eligible to request a refund for any defective goods regardless of playtime. You can try 2 things. Since steam is down due maintenance I cannot tell you how it is exactly, but you can choose technical problems with the game and mediate with steam as a normal human support member should respond.

The second thing you can try is to contact your local office [OMIC (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor)] (I got this from google) and file a refund with them. They will mediate on your behalf with steam for the refund.

My friend and I have been experiencing consistent issues when trying to play Ready or Not together in multiplayer. Whoever is not hosting the game always ends up with extremely high ping (200+ ms), which makes the gameplay very choppy and laggy. just constant rubber-banding...
We've tried switching hosts, whether I host or my friend hosts, the issue remains the same for the non-hosting player.
We live only about 7 km (4.5 miles) apart, my friend using wired Ethernet connection, and neither of us has a poor internet, and we both have decent hardware. We’re really confused as to why we’re experiencing such severe lag despite being so close geographically and having decent setups.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

It’s still there, it just doesn’t load correctly, like for example I can load it and it shows I have S in almost all maps but it doesn’t have any cosmetics open and looks like a new save files being other than the grades

Hey, I have a pretty odd problem with the game
In FPS games I always uses Spacebar to shoot, but for some reason after that DLC update I can't use Spacebar to shoot or any keybind
The "fire" button in the setting both config file and ingame doesn't seem to affect mine, I'm only able to shoot using Left Mouse Button only
even if I don't bind it as that, meanwhile a friend of mine tried to change it to Spacebar it works on their side

I'm not sure if I missed something or not, I've tried deleted the RoN file in the "Appdata/local/" and also reinstalled the game, also used my friend's config file, but the problem remained the same and I don't have any mods installed

I need help with the game on PC. After the update, It crashes on the load screen and takes me right back to my desktop. I have tried all steps necessary. I have tried verifying the integrity of the files, updating graphics card, tried all options of the game including DirectX 11, DirectX 12 and safe mode, I do not use any mods, and lastly I tried uninstalling the game from Steam, deleting the files in steamapps/common and the hidden file in %localapps%. Reinstalled in the game and it is crashing in the same exact spot. VOID interaction advised to reach out here. What else should be done to fix this?

When i try the exe from the new install it does the same thing, when i try a different exe file from before the install it gives an error of" Plugin 'OnlineSubsystemRedpointEOS' failed to load because module 'RedpointEOSConfig' could not be found. I'm having trouble with RON after update as well. But it will load into the lobby for me, just not any missions at all. The only log I could get was from windows event, and it was just memory leak. Maybe some more global network issue, non of the regions work right now. And when they do, latency varies a lot. Just tried some other games and they run fine online, so let's see. Looks an issue that will magically resolve itself

Hello, does anyone know if there is a cleanup utility to remove all data associated to the game? I have done everything in my power to try to fix the game and even a reinstall did not work.

Verifying files would not do anything because there is nothing to verify, all of the original game files are there. Reinstalling would not do anything either because steam only uninstalls and installs original files and nothing the user added themselves. With console it is tricky, check everything in your folder, even mods.io folder
