Hello there I am a little bit stuck on what to do because I did have mods installed but when I tried to uninstall them and I restarted it the mod requires restart prompt hasnt disappeared and I have tried everything from reinstalling the mod restarting then uninstalling the mod, verifying game files, reinstalling the game and nothing has worked.

1. Clear steam download cache. (Go to steam - Settings - Downloads) It is possible this will reset your current progress.
2. You can switch your download region. (Same location as cache)

Hey guys! So my buddy downloaded the game but usually crashes when he loads in after like 10-20 seconds or straight up just crashes before getting into the game. They tried:
Reinstalling the game

Checking off the no overlay option in steam

Had graphics on low

Updating drivers to gpu

I am getting a black screen / my display cutting out three times now in the last 25 minutes or so. I will be playing a solo match, suddenly the display cuts out and the screen goes black.

1. Verify the game files (right click on Steam > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity) 💬general-discussion
2. If you have any mods, remove them by unsubbing from the mod ( or just manually delete the mod fromC:\Users\Public\mod.io\3791\mods) and verify the game files (delete the .pak folder if necessary)
3. Update your drivers and windows (even to optional build, or even manual install)
4. Temporarily disable anti-viruses and test if issue persists
5. If all else fails, do a clean reinstall below:
   Uninstall Ready or Not on Steam
   Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"
   Navigate to %appdata% > local (%appdata by default is roaming) > delete "ReadyorNot"
   Reinstall the game via Steam

get either in Noctua NF-S12Bs or Corsair LL120s. really good name-brand fans for the price.

you also might want to look at the airflow of your case, if its really small and compact then that would also explain the unreasonably high temps.

with the right amount (and type) of fans and a decently-sized case, that should be able to absolve your issue

ngl, i am not the most tech savvy person, I had this PC assembled from CyberPowerPC 😂
the first 3080 that they included with the build was faulty and had to be RMAd
this second one is outside of the warranty window, but i do think it is part of the problem
the fan on the GPU is extremely loud as well, like it is making a clicking sound as it rotates
I have cleaned the inside of the case, it's not super dusty or anything
but according to Afterburner, my idle temp with just Chrome open right now is 56 C which feels a little high. If I put RoN on 1920x1080 and Low settings, I can play comfortably at 70-75 but I get some FPS drops

I actually have 3 Noctua NF-P12 inside right now @lunar cosmos

I think I need a new mobo or some other solution as I am out of slots for fans as far as I can see

couple of things;

1. get that 3080 fan checked out, fan clicking indicates its probably hitting something (very likely a cable thats in the way)
2. 56 degrees on idle is definitely a cause for concern; as 30 to mid-40s would be an acceptable range.
3. with a 3080 you should definitely be getting 80+ FPS on the highest settings, with at least native res.

Lmao we have 200 people who play ready or not and they denied us being able to recruit cause we are not a "ready or not group"? It is like one of the few games we regularly play. Sad we do so much to support the game. Then we can not receive any support the first time we ask. You can't really do anything about it. That happens with PiP. Your game is basically rendering twice (at least the areas that you're seeing through the scope)

3. Update your drivers and windows (even to optional build, or even manual install)
4. Temporarily disable anti-viruses and test if issue persists
5. If all else fails, do a clean reinstall below:
   Uninstall Ready or Not on Steam
   Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"
   Navigate to %appdata% > local (%appdata by default is roaming) > delete "ReadyorNot"
   Reinstall the game via Steam

Hello, I have constant lag in the game and I am not sure how to fix this issue. I have checked everywhere on the internet. Using DX12, DLSS Quality and Nvidia Reflex turned on. I also disabled every single one of them including Vsync, full screen optimizations. My GPU is RTX 2070 and I have around 120 to 144 fps in most mops, but like every 20 seconds I have a lag that causes stutter. That lag is even on the main menu and can be tracked on the cursor.

Has anyone got this issue? It is unplayable for me and this only happens in this game. In middle of aim, there is a stutter and the gameplay is not smooth while having high fps. I tried to lock 60 fps even, but it didn't help.

I'll try these ones now like disabling player names. I hope it will work. I just tried DX11 five minutes ago already and it has gone worse. I am not sure what's the problem. I disabled Vysnc from Nvidia control panel so it wouldn't conflict in-game, but whether I disable in the game or not nothing changes. I have quite high fps in the game, but that constant stutter is bad. It is literally repeating itself in a periodic way. It's not triggered by anything.
