Go in less than lethal, ignore hostages and bombs and go straight for suspects. They’ll start shooting in like 2-3 minutes when the mission commences.

Defuse bombs and secure hostages.

You can also order hostages to exit to avoid them being targeted by the suspects if you feel like it

JHP rounds expand between the flesh causing more internal damage, but the AP just gets through armor and a little bit through the flesh

Clear the initial starting area at the front desk and the hallway, wedge those doors, then go back out and go left to the exterior side, clear it, wedge the door that leads into the main warehouse. Then circle round and get to the exterior with the delivery trucks, clear it, then get off to the side and do a dual team breach, hang back, use m320 stinger, take as mane stings and flashes as you can, get one of your people to carry the flash grenade launcher and have him clear every single room in the main warehouse
