I'm aware, from my experience in the spanish military the primary weapon platform had to be used tho. You couldnt just bring something else. For camo, most times we were supposed to use the same for unit cohesion or while working with partner forces

As there are documents showing they have the money to repair them and they budgeted to fix them but the military doesnt own the buildings so the govermnet office that owns them said they would allow them to fix them if they pay for it themselfs but then the value of the buildings would increase doubling the rent
