Someone can be hiding behind a courtain, wardrobe or anything for that matter and they will be unaffected.

Stinger grenades release rubber spikes that deflect off of objects, walls and ceiling which has a higher or almost a guarantee chance of hitting someone behind any object.

pretty much you have to do every objective (find evidence, arrest certian suspects, etc)
like youd play the game normally except you have non-lethal weapons, like the sidearm which launches pepper balls and the beanbag shotgun, flash grenade launcher, etc.
Just dont kill anyone, find all the evidence, and you should be fine

oh yeah and try not to lose any officers either, that can put an S rank to an A+

Everyone in your squad have to survive

arrest everyone (you CANNOT kill them, even one suspect killed and you won't get an S rank)
every SWAT member must survive, they cannot be killed
and you have to finish with no penalties
