Go around back, to the garden, use the small gap next to the stairs to throw a flash if need be, one guard could be there, return to the door, push down, and move slowly, you'll have 1 to 3 suspects, usually armed with P90s or a Pistol, after that move back upstairs.

Back at the pool, clear the far side, then go back and clear the kitchen and other rooms, most likely you won't have any security, only civs

You have to be quick and lucky, take to long you'll get smoked, take to little, you'll end up tripping up
