For exemple if you use a 10th gen i9 with a 4090 you're not gonna get as many frames as if you paired up that 4090 gpu with a 14th gen i9 cpu

I do not see the AI as being that dificult, but that is probably because I played through 1.0 where the AI could spot you through small cracks between any objects, and could headshot you right away.

Exiting the mission causes morale damage to your SWAT AI squad, once you load in you're meant to commit to completing the mission in that run sort of like a rogue-like mechanic

You can exfiltrate at the mission start if you want to head back to HQ but again it will have that morale effect, so gotta make sure your kit etc. is all double checked before you leave

If you could restart people would be more likely to be morale damaging their squad without realizing, where exfil is meant to be a sort of immersive alternative

Therefore restart is in quickplay etc. where morale/mental health isn't an applied mechanic for the SWAT AI
