Mkv or 5-7 with AP
Flashbangs/stingers
Light or heavy armor your choice and preference but material use steel (strongest)
Other stuff is preference such as wedges, c2, taser, nice to have imo.
As for long tactical theoretically mirrorgun and shield are op, but I find that m320 launcher is even better for my style and also breaching shotgun is very nice to cheese flashbangs throws on closed wooden doors and disarms traps without even opening wooden doors.
