Buddy you need to take accountability for shooting a civilian because the models for civs and suspects are very different, even the hoodie civilians look so different compared to the suspcts in hoodies. I look for a few things on a suspect, any armor, clothing, and their stance. If they have a gun they stand completely differently.

When setting loadout, pick the taser first before wedges, c2, and other stuff, then when you press the key for the utilities the taser is the first thats selected and you won't have to scroll through the others

It works on pc, idk if it translates to console cos idk the key layouts for it
