I have a 5080 pc and a 4060 laptop, the weaker laptop can run the game with no dlss on epic with a raytracing mod

i have a GTX 1650 which is mid range, 8GB VRAM, and the fucking thing cant even run the game on the lowest settings and possible resolution ontop of boosting

it can render all graphics qualities, but i always have nonstop btb stutters

All I can say is that some people will suffer no matter what, and that is a trend with UE games as a whole.

You will have people with both good and bad hardware running it fine, but there will be that one instance of someone having horrible performance despite being supposed to run it.

All I can say is do your best to try and research on your end what could be the root cause of performance detriment. You can even look for some older reddit posts or steam forum posts about RoN performance optimizations, and so on.

However the game runs fine for the majority.

The problem is that they did optimization and it works for majority. They cannot pinpoint issues that are causing stutters or performance drops for the small group of people.

Not entirely. As you can see RoN has more than one storyline. That mission pertains to the Gamma-one project. You can see that mention in 23 megabytes where you bust down the streamer, when you raid Gerard in the forrest when he kills police officers and him having conversations with Elaine Raskin about Gamma one, which is where Carries of the Vine comes in, Elaine is the leader of the cult.

Pretty much Judge is ex USIA, and he is the test subject of Gamma one. Elaine and Gerard are both ex USIA and both might have gone undergone the same experiment but turned out absolutely crazy, were discharged and something led them to do whatever they did.

You're probably going to have to run a full 5 man squad. Saw a video where 2 dudes manage to get 15 suspects to get their hands up and ordered them into a room. Then arrested them all

It's way easier with atleast one friend, if you want it to be easier you can break enemy AI with arrest cancels

As for killing... yes, however enemies will never line up exactly 15 seconds from eachother, it's better you do the arrests

Get every suspect you can close together and break their AI, you can just easily arrest them afterwards

Do keep in mind that their pathfinding is DOGSHIT, they constantly get stuck, they cannot comprehend doors and that you cannot move them after you break their ai

sounds like you'd instantly run at swat's spawn as a civilian and camp there so swat can constantly protect you.

all bad guys would do is shoot civilians. even if the reward is like 1% of what it would be if they capped instead, everyone would just shoot the civs because it's easier/faster.
