it should be pretty easy cos most targets begin without weapons equipped and usually low morale and most weapons are knives and pistols

you should be able to solo it pretty easy too

and you can usually get quite a few arrests just by shouting if the target is unarmed and or its early in the map before you've alerted tons of people

The game dictates you to keep running and gunning is the only viable option.

Back in the day, you could catch a breath and stay at a location for a while, defend it and make your stand right there.

You do that now, you dont gain anything. Not even fun. And you're branded for camping.
Eventually from somewhere out of nowhere, one of the 20 snipers hidden on the edge of the map border blasts your head anyway.

Well, it is not a direct crouch to be honest, and not being able to shoot is probably that your "model" is not changing size when crouching hence why the rilfe will go up. I am not 100% sure but I am pretty sure it will have something to do with the model.

As I said, could be wrong. Perhaps the model goes down in size, but it is not enough for weapons to aim over.

And shield would be one of the very few exception where another member would aim over the shoulder of another member with a firearm. Otherwise due to the inherent risk of unexpected movement and the outcome of potential friendly fire you would not really do that

Lots of people love to just aim over each other when they breach stuff, then someone pops up, everyone opens fire and half of the people in the breach team die.
