If you got an S, that means you have a mod. The game should not let you auto complete if the subject's health state changed no matter what.

Practically, there are so many armor passives that are just great and seeing that makes me cringe so hard as to how it turned out. They make this amazing collab, even the one before with killzone had a pretty good passive and they turn it upside down and give it little to no function.

I did not test that, but still should make no difference. Changed health state results, or should result in the same thing. That is the same as suspect who shoots himself because his stress is too high, they die and you get +5 even though you did not shoot em

They change passives only if the community calls them out on it being truly shit. However this game was not made for stealth, it is guns blazing after the first minute of gameplay. The only viable thing is that your legs cannot be broken.
