SWAT AI will execute a suspect who is surrendering (they wont stop shooting from the initial firefight). This is likely due to the suspect "Fakesurrendering" and the SWAT Ai detects it before the suspect actually draws a weapon

Friendly SWAT AI have become very stupid with pathing; failing to arrest on command (stuck next to arrestee with zip-ties on hand); stuck at stack-up at a door, ignoring breaching commands, sometimes ignoring commands entirely. Basically the title. This seems to be most easily replicated in the limb areas. Reproduced this with the G19 and the MP5 10MM.

To reproduce: 1. Have someone with a shield stand in front of you.
2. Shoot limb spots (like the arms and legs)

You get knifed through the shield with one little swing, I'm guessing that's not supposed to happen. Otherwise it would be cool if you could counter suspects with using your shield to hit them, if they have knives and are not willing to give up or attack you. Makes suspects with knives very annoying since they just one hit kill you and you can't exactly counter them

AI can't arrest suspects that faked their death , you can't order them to arrest the suspect neither does it say in the bottom right of the screen.

Reproduction steps: Try to make a suspect fake their death and if he isn't dead you will not be able to let an AI arrest him.
Workaround: Arrest the suspect yourself 😂

the SWAT AI can't go through the door shown in the first image ( Car dealership map on barricaded suspects gamemode ) , if you try to order them to go through or follow you , they will go through the other door ( image 2 ) .

Reproduction steps : Fall in> GO through the door>Once you are on the last step (Where I am pointing at in Image 3) they will start making their way to you using the other way ( 2nd Image ).

low-ready isn't shown with a pistol in the mirror , specifically with the USP , haven't tried the others yet and won't.

Reproduction steps: Go to the mirror in the HQ and check your mag ( you will see that your weapon will be in the hip-firing position like normally for a second and then it will transition into low-ready. In the mirror it will constantly be in the hip-firing position and will not be in the low-ready position , which is how I figured it out.)

Used both R7 launcher and the beanbag shotgun , had to empty all four of my Pepperball magazines to make 1 out of 5 suspects give up on McDonalds map.
Had my entire AI teammates burn their asses with the R7 launcher yet they never gave up and were barely stunned.
Beanbag sometimes didn't even stun the suspects , just made them flinch and more angry.
Note that the suspects were weak and had no armor ( suspects from Gas Station and McDonalds map ).

Having weird artifacts appear on my screen, so far only seen it in this section. Looks like shadow or lighting artifacts. I've tried to verify integrity of my game, reset game, and PC. SOLO map variant Out of bounds issues - AI spawning and patchy invisible walls

  1. seems both Suspects and Civilians are able to spawn in out-of-bounds on Barricaded Suspects.
  2. you can enter the covered-up house on the right by jumping over from the end of the garden

This only applies areas in the Solo version of the map.
Cleared out the whole map but could only find 1 meth package and saw a suspect running up the exterior concrete staircase to the left, (facing the small house from spawn). This staircase is inaccessible due to an invisible wall blocking entry.

The invisible wall blocking the neighbouring house with the plastic sheet façade is easily overcome by going to the foot of 213's garden and jumping over the fence. the entire house can be explored with some clipping issues in certain spots (map re-entry is possible by heading to the "connector" between the houses and jumping down from it).

Desc: The AI shootouts are non-sense most of the time, they try to shoot through walls without having sight on the suspect, they just know he is behind the wall, and in this clip you can see the guy with the shotgun coming down from the stairs, so makes no sense to have a shootout with him, also there was a pistol being fired, but there was no one in the building or even nearby to try and kill him, this has happened to me a lot of times now, it's pretty frequent and hope you guys get it fix soon, happens in all the maps and with all types of AI.

Once you jump down , you can access the entire other building ( the house with blue-white covering ) but not go back.

Workaround : Don't go there.

Note : That also may be the entire reason people get performance issues like lag spikes and fps drops on that map.

On Neon Tomb there's a hidden objective (like secure evidence) of 31(?) bodies that need to be reported worth 5 points each. These bodies, however, are not reportable. You can order AI to report them, and most of the time they'll say a report voice line and TOC will sometimes respond, but it doesn't actually work. Additionally, upon reporting them using the workaround mentioned below, it only shows how many you reported in the endscreen. So if you report 14, it'll only say 14/14 instead of 14/31

Additionally, I have noticed that the incapacitated civilians you can find do not show up in the endscreen, unlike these bodies

Reproduction steps: Both have happened literally every time I've played the map, so I assume it always happens to everyone

Workaround: Shoot them. Shooting the bodies ragdolls them and makes them reportable for the objective

Suspect Weapons in Active Shooter on Gas Station

I've only had this happen once, but the suspects on Active Shooter for Gas Station were equipped with assault rifles. Active Shooter suspects should be equipped with appropriate weaponry for the type of suspect i.e. pistols and shotguns for the gang members/meth heads, SMGs and assault rifles for the guys in suits and ballistic vests, and assault rifles and LMGs for the veterans and terorrists. Not sure if this is a bug or something to put in Feedback Reports so it will be posted in both.

Description:
I've had recurring issues with the shield not keeping my left arm safe. This usually happens when I'm crouched and being shot at with either a shotgun or M4. Both the ballistic and rescue shield have the same problem. I've noticed this to be a major problem when I use ADS with the shield. The maps I noticed this most on are Twisted Nerve, Hotel, and Brisa Cove.

This has only occurred when I've been playing with friends on the associated maps.

I'm stuck with the same equipment and after I choose something else (weapon, armor, etc) it's just jump back to my previous (or should I say constant) loadout. (already reported the bug in-game)

Can anyone help. Myself and a few friends all of a sudden cant join each other. Everytime we go to join each other it says you haft to have the same mods, when we have never ran mods before. AI:
AI does not take any damage while taking cover when some body parts are visible such as Head, arms etc.

This makes aiming useless. Most of the time online, the damage collision does not follow the animation sequence. It is almost as if the character damage collision is fixed as pawns.

Leaning:
When pressing Q/E to lean, the 3rd person mesh does not lean far enough to correctly represent the first person camera location.

Ragdolls:
Suspects that enter ragdoll state won't replicate location, this makes it difficult to confirm kill after initial fall when shot down. It also causes teleportation when attempting to tie/handcuff unconscious suspects.

Getting a LowLevelFatalError 1209 freeze-then-crash out of nowhere. Game was fine, with and without mods, prior to tonight and I played for a couple hours tonight before this ever happened. I dragged all mods out of my paks folder but kept trying to play to no avail. Every time I started a lobby after the first crash, it would crash as soon as the loading screen was done. I verified the integrity of game files through Steam, now I can't even get to the main menu, it just freezes but doesn't bring up the crash report window. Any ideas?

I’m positive that NPCs, but most of the time civilians, are still either despawning or getting stuck in walls where I can’t interact with them. I just cleared a map from head to toe, every last crevice. I double checked all the civilians I’ve arrested to make sure they’re reported. I couldn’t have just missed one by accident, it’s not on my end I swear.

NPCs are either despawning, getting glitched into walls, or possibly clipping out of the map.

Description: You fall through the floor on a small part of the map next to boilers

Reproduction steps: After spawning in go to the right outside of the first door. Walk into the corner with the mop bucket, you might have to try to jump ( I don't think I did). Then you simply fall through the floor and I think see models setup for a photo cover.

Workaround: Avoid the corner and add a collided object or add the proper collision.

DLSS doesn't seem to be working correctly, I get the same fps on Quality, Performance and Ultra Performance when it should be increasing the lower I go. Description: There is a spot in the backyard of the 2 story crackhouse between the stairs and shed where AI can either spawn or move into that forces the player to jump into to arrest/interact with evidence, upon doing this the player gets stuck behind the wheelbarrow and can't get out, I attempted jumping out many times, this bug makes it impossible to complete the mission in singleplayer and would hamper a multiplayer session as well, very frustrating.

Potential workaround: Restart mission.

After breaching the metal doors entering the final floor of the warehouse on Port BS, one of my AI squadmates teleported to the top of a white truck outside the side entrance. He was still alive (4/4 Officers Alive at the score card), but he could not move, did not speak any voice lines and rendered the rest of AI unable to execute Move and Breach commands.

i unfortunately didnt get a screenshot nor did i remember the specific room/bed but on 213 park homes doing a raid, an ai was stuck in an animation loop of trying to get out from underneath a bed, i tried throwing a bang, shouting, and shooting them but nothing fixed it until they died and their body mustve swung back further bc i couldnt see any part of their body from any angle even when crouching- their knife that was in their hand wasnt in reach to bag and the ai was also unable to bag it (i was able to report the body)

Sceenshot is from a friend playing with me.
Walking against this wall up the stairs in the building behind the main house of Twisted Nerve on Barricaded Suspects, you can get stuck. Not entirely sure why, but might be to do with the trim of the wall and the hole in the wall.

Reproduction steps: Unknown, I attempted to walk up along the wall to get stuck again, but could not successfully replicate.
Workaround: Was able to get freed by getting my friend to battering ram me.

You can escape to the unoccupied fumigated house on Barricaded suspects, despite most entryways being blocked off, as there is a ledge you can drop down to get around the invisible wall on the street. Doing so will trap you inside that section of the map.

Reproduction steps: Head to the spot indicated in the screenshots, and drop down the ledge. Tada.
Workaround: You can escape by dropping off the sides of the bridge that normally connects the two houses, at the cost of your shins.

Bullet pen and Sus/Civ health system currently doesn't make much sense, I just fired a Ap shot in Hotel with a 416, the shot went through the sus who is wearing a vest and take him down, then it hits and instantly killed a civ behind the sus, but then when I went to cuff the sus, it turns out the sus was faking his death and was perfectly fine, like come on, the bullet went through two plates and the sus's torso and still tore through the civ? And the sus is perfectly fine?

Some weapons will automatically clear their attachments, even after multiple attempts.
So far I've noticed this with the M4A1, USP, and PFC9, although there are some weapons that for sure I have not experienced this issue with no matter how many times I try to recrate it (HK416, BRN-18, 57, G19, Mk 16, and more)

To recreate: For the formerly mentioned weapons where I have this issue, I add the attachments, and go back to the main customization screen, the attachments are cleared immediately after I either select a different weapon and then reselect one with the problems, or by clicking on the weapon again after it is already selected.

I have tried verifying files and I've been experiencing this issue since the update dropped on the public branch.

The suspect surrendered and then took this position and I thought he was fake surrendering and I punched him once and got -50. And after restraining he taken this position again.
Also, sometimes suspect tend to get up but they are actually still surrendering, but it's a bug they seem to be standing up and then crouching again. It's very scary you sometimes shoot them because it truly looks as if they'll take a knife out and one-tap you.

I remember seeing this way back in February. I didn't see for a long while and I thought you guys have fixed it.

Description: I called out to an AI who was taking cover, he surrendered and got on his knees. While killing the other suspect he had gotten back into the taking cover animation. At first I thought he was going to be shooting us but I could still cuff him and report him just fine.

Workaround: None that I know of, I could pick him up and throw him around he'd just get right back into the taking cover animation.

With the SLR-47 and Flashbang equipped, I found myself unable to throw the flashbang during the mission on two separate occasions. I switched back to my primary and used it successfully, but then noticed that the flashbang model had merged with the primary weapon model, which I assume is likely related to why the flashbang was not usable.

Hey, if this is already been discussed I apologize, but none of the new guns work for me. The pistol just becomes the revolver when leaving the loadout screen, and the primaries all become the shotgun when I do as well.

If you enable NVGS 1-5 seconds after the mission starts, they become really dark. To solve this, wait more than 5 seconds before enabling NVGS after the mission has started. If you didn't wait more than 5 seconds, you can solve the bug by simply disabling and re-enabling NVGS. (Not sure if it's exactly 5 seconds, but somewhere around that)

I have ran into a couple of bugs recently
1: My primary and secondary ammo types are locked to FMG and JHP respectively, even on shotguns.

2: When I click on a gun to change it's attachments they are all removed.

Edit: I think the ammo being locked might be due to the more mags mod. I'll check that out.

Edit 2: Yup, that was causing the first issue. Second one still happens.

This bug has been in the game for me since the last Big update(The June 28th 2022 Major Update) and persisted through the most recent patch (Patch 21677). (This is being reported as someone WITHOUT the Support Edition DLC owned and installed and with 0 mods ever installed)
This bug resets your guns attachments every time you switch off of a weapon with attachments to a different gun and switching back to the gun with attachments they will be reset and the gun will be naked again.
[HOW TO REPLICATE]
Upon going to your locker/table to open the GUI for your weapon selection and modification. Selecting a gun to modify and putting any attachment on it then backing out to confirm your selection of attachments, clicking on another weapon/switching weapons then switching back to the weapon you modified will remove and reset all attachments put on this weapon. This happens 100% of the time I have tested it which is probably 100s of times. Oddly this seems to only happen with some weapons. This affects Currently the ARN-18, GA416, SA-58, MK16, SR-16, MP5/10MM, MP5A3, MP5A2, MP9, B1301, R7 Launcher, P29X, G19, 57 USG, and M45A1. Supporter edition weapons NOT listed as I can not use them. Weapons unaffected by this bug are the ARWC, M4A1, SLR47, MPX, UMP-45, 870 CQB, M4 Super 90, Beanbag Shotgun, USP45 And the .357 Magnum. In 213 Park homes barricaded suspects mode you can access the second house (the one is supposed to be open in raid mode) by climbing the roof of the tunnel cabin and jumping off next to the pool. All the props are still inside there and all doors work, although enemies do not spawn.
Because there's invisible walls around the house I wasn't able to go back to the main one nor get the AI to fall in, so restarting is the only way to get back.

Reproduction steps: Go up the stairs near the tunnel, jump on the roof of the cabin.
Workaround: Restart mission.

I believe it depends on the weapon and the FOV and the scope being used. The scope works properly on some weapons but not on others. I imagine it has something to do with the amount that ADS Zoom zooms in and the distance from the scope to the camera.
With 100 FOV and the 1-12x scope on the FAL (or SAR, the big bullet gun lmao) the 1-12x scope works generally properly for me with ADS zoom enabled, but its still a bit unusual.

A suspect was able to escape through a door that had been wedged/jammed shut in Brisa Cove. This is the door to the immediate right side of the hallway, with the incapacitated civilian, closet, and two bathrooms nearby. A door wedge had been placed by a human player, and then entry into the room had been made via a different door, accompanied by stinger grenades and flashbangs. This alerted the suspect, who then exited the room through the jammed door and entered the hallway. When the officers looped back to the original jammed door, the “Door jammed” text was visible on the door that was now swung fully open, and the door could not be opened or closed due to the wedge.

I think I noticed some desync: a friend of mine and me did a game yesterday and noticed some balloons and I notice that if I break them both of us hear the sound but if he break them I don't hear anything.

Now this is not something important (for what I care it can remain like that), the point is that maybe this desync can occur in other important things (for example I read about people complaining AI having 0,01s reaction time or them wallbanging the player, by my experience most of my death were fair so I can't testify these things but I'm not gonna negate that they exists)

In the past I experienced yelling at npc and them not reacting until I kill them (that's actually funny for rp XD)

Sometimes when I spawn, singleplayer and multiplayer, I seemingly get stuck in the ground? When I press W or S I lean sideways, I can't crouch and jumping seems pretty weird too
The workaround is either waiting ~1 minute and it fixes itself (I guess it has something to do with map still loading) or restarting the lobby

9mm rounds make very strange wood impact particles, this don't seem to be intended that's why I'm putting that here. The UI is also pretty buggy with weapon icons not changing or overlaying when swapping weapons. The "Modify weapon" button does not hide when choosing armor plates.

I did this by holding my pistol out while my shield was up and was able to exit the range with the pistol still operable (This effect seems to end the moment you stop aiming down sights with the shield up, but you can still reload)

While Modifying The 5/7, it shows the G19 Icon/Picture instead.
When you try to modify the 5/7, it shows the G19 picture instead,
When you go modify your loadout, go to sidearms and choose the 5/7 and modify it, you see the G19 Picture/Icon.
If you go back (press escape) and either select the 5/7 and try to modify it or just try modifying it again, it shows the correct picture.

I went to change what microphone I was using in the Audio tab and despite hitting “Apply Settings” and escape the UI was still on my screen. I could hit “escape” and run around and shoot and everything but the Audio UI overlayed the screen.

Not sure if this a bug or not:

When you yell for compliance, Civi AI's respond to it even from like a pretty good distance, but Suspect AI can be like 5 feet away behind a column and not react (no gun dropping, no getting ready to aim, or getting into battle stance) and when you shoot them in the arm it's "Unauthorized use of force".

so, i've had a few problems with the a.i. i was playing on the hotel map, and i told the a.i. to open and clear the first room, and they did nothing. i tried continuing the game, but the entire time they just wouldn't clear rooms for me. then i tried the nightclub map, and i told them to move and clear, and when 2 ais go to their spot at the back of a hallway they just froze

Officer Mirror/Wedge Animation Conflict (Minor)

(Minor bug) When in single player, if you order the AI to mirror a door, and then order them to wedge the door, the wedge officer will place the wedge seemingly nowhere, though both the wedge and mirror will function properly.
Reproduction: In singleplayer, order a door to be mirrored and then wedged in quick succession.
Workaround: Wait until the mirror animation is complete before ordering the wedge.
