Old TOC is still in the game files and you can easily switch it out from the new toc just by renaming the folders but obviously old toc isn't going to have all the new voicelines that came with Dark Waters and such.

what most likley is happening(not medical diagnosis), is you're having some sort of vasogal syncope response. Basically when you stand up your Blood pressure needs to be strong enough to be able to withstand gravity and send blood up to the brain

Now if it's low your body struggles with this and in turn leads to your brain briefly not getting enough blood flow which in some cases can lead to passing out cause your brain isn't getting enough blood
