2. How far do suspects hear me walking/running ? Is crouching and slow walking fully silent ?
3. How do you setup your team on ironman with shield or without and how do you handle that they are not able to push&clear without using shield
4. is it stronger/more accurate to shoot leaned with the proper attachements or just Personal pref?

1. Unsure as I play with an AI mod.
2. Sneaking is only really useful against the first suspect(s) you sneak up to, as once you've yelled for compliance it will have alerted nearby suspects.
   Though I don't know the ranges, and if crouch/slow walking is fully silent. Aspid could tell you that.
3. I set up one shield per team; haven't really thought much of that, I haven't had any instances where them pushing with a shield has had any noticeable drawbacks.
4. If you're leaned you're less exposed so shoot leaned.
   Most guns pack a punch with whatever attachments, I've always used my personal preference and haven't had any issues where shots don't want to hit.

1. The more people yell on suspect the more morale damage you deal and the faster suspect will surrender
2. 10m from walking/low-ready, when you crouch or slow walking they can't hear you, you can also low-ready while crouching/slow walking
3. No shields, just .300/7.62x39 on maps with extra health or 7.62x51 on maps without extra health, AP ammo only on Elephant, Sins and Leviathan where more than 1 suspect wear level 4 armor

Another most important part in ironman is officers traits, you always want to have at least 2 negotiators, so your and swat ai yell will have a 50% chance to force suspect surrender
