Hi so I’m a swat 4 player but this question applies to anything, I wanted to ask in a real scenario what will a squad of swat do if let’s say after breaching and clearing a room, amidst the chaos, one dude runs away into the rooms that the team has not gone through yet

As someone who plays solo mostly now, what I do is I check the door to see if its locked, if it is I continue to move around through the other rooms, if it isnt I see where I'm at. I usually don't choose to go through and unlocked door someone ran into if there is several points of entry, cause they might be leading you into a trap. So lets say in RON on "the ends of earth", if someone runs up the outside stairs into the second floor and the door is open, I know the only other method of entry is to go up the staircase on the first floor but that poses a risk of several ways they can shoot at me, so I go through that door even if its locked and use a flashbang/stinger.

But, lets say they go inside at the front door, its unlocked but theres another point of entry, they could be waiting for me on the other side with a gun. So, I go around, and go to the side door and catch them by surprise.

and take the gas station, if someone runs in through the door on the far left of the main floor and its locked I tend to go around if the other side is more safe, but I'll go through the door if the other side has more hostiles

When going solo, stingers and flashbangs are gonna be your best friends

But also, I dont stop clearing what I was clearing before

If someone runs up the stairs and I'm clearing the first floor then I'm going to continue clearing the first floor
