if there is an enemy behind and unlocked door with any sort of rifle or shotgun, c2 it. The guy will be knocked out, no friendlies will take damage, and you can continue with your S run. If there is a civ nearby, do not as it could kill them

I already filled out the AI google form but MY GOD they need to fix the compliance in this game, why does a civilian refuse to comply and put their hands up and get on the ground until after the 10TH time youve told them. Oh, and why does a suspect, gun on the ground, refuse to comply after pressing the compliance button 20 times for a whole minute and a half, and only complies until you throw a flashbang and then get shot by a dude halfway across the lot after.

I just rage quit to be honest.

It seemed like the suspects complied WAYYYY easier before home invasion and dark waters

People not complying is part of the experience. People are stupid and will do stupid stuff as a natural reaction. Although the game is not meant to be realistic in every way, I dont see an issue with suspects or civs not complying right away. If they did the game would be extremely easy. It may feel whacky or bugged due to animations but its certainly the better option in my opinion that 100% compliance right away

I dont want them to comply right away, and I dont want ALL of them to comply easily, so I agree. BUT, what I mean is, I want them to comply after the first few tries and progress of compliance. So not putting the gun down right away? Understandable. Not putting your hands up and getting on the ground after a literal minute of compliance while your gun is on the ground and youve got a gun to your face? It doesnt feel human, as well as them ONLY getting down after you move a single step

I really only use the SWAT AI for a mission I havent done or to do the cleanup after, other than that they get in my way cause I cant scroll through a menu with commands while being shot at then accidentally hit the wrong command and cost them their life, I work better with actual people

You will have to learn how to use the swat ai to clear and follow at the minimum in order to do well

going in essentially solo is a complete death sentence

Ive seen several posts in the subreddit as well of compliance issues but people dont realize how normal that is for people to be pains in the ass. People want realism until it becomes annoying, but there are work arounds with the mechanics, its just a little more effort with SWAT AI and knowing how to control unresponsive npcs.
