Frankly they aim better than you when you start off the game. All you need to understand is assigning them to breach and checking doors beforehand for levels where hostiles are known to use traps downs the room faster than you can unless you have what 200+ hours and a full auto sa-58

I can take Dying Light 2 for example.

They completely reworked what wasn't necessary to rework. The Following DLC for the first game did great, it built upon what already worked well enough, but 2 really doesn't catch my interest for its combat, and its janky dialogue system with the weird delays between voice lines throws me off still. It wasn't this bad in the first game.

What Valve does is take concepts and games that already exist, put them together with proven tech, sift out concepts that didn't do well, and tune it until it can't be tuned anymore.

Everything they've released basically ever has worked that way and I do mean that in a very good way. Valve keeps their ear to the ground and does incredible levels of market research before they drop anything.

i just need gears of war e day to come out. the coalition seems to be one of the only studios alongside epic that knows how to optimize the hell out of Unreal Engine and make it look amazing while still being able to run it on a potato.
