Does anyone else have a problem with extremely low FPS when arresting female suspects? It seems their hair causes the issue, or whenever you are near them. The only way to fix the problem is setting the Texture Resolution to Low, which isn't a fix IMO. I have 8GB of VRAM, and it should at least run on Medium/High Textures. I remember this being a problem for 2 years straight now
