Twisted nerve suspects are the easiest in the game by far yet they can still get the drop on you. Example of why CQB is something you never ever ever want to be in. There's no safe way to do it and it's far easier to be on the defensive than the offensive. Anyone can hold a doorway and wait for the slightest bit of movement

When you make entry they shoot the micro second they see a single atom of you, when in reality a person would have to register that the one making entry is actually SWAT and not one of their buddies.
