If you have to move you should give yourself 3 seconds of time between cover

oh yeah story isnt super well told in this game imo. Lots of dialogue missing and some inconsistencies with the levels. Each level has a briefing that gives you a rundown of the situation in the level. Some times they add up sometimes they dont weather intentional or not. Most of the story is hidden in very small details so you can always go scouring every nook and cranny in the level yourself to find anything

It's the realistic nature of LTLs. I've seen BWC of suspects shot 6 times with beanbags with 6 good hits and no effect

40mm impact, TASER, Baton, OC, CS, seen it all used and do jack and shit

They're all great tools to have but grand scheme of things their effectiveness is at best a coin flip
