You are likely seeing the patching size, download size =/= patching. The game can download 8gb worth of changes, but then it'll have to patch whatever file effected, which causes the 55gb.

The in-game system seems to be placing mods in the wrong spot, but you can move them to the correct place. If you are manually placing mods, they won't show up on the in-game menu, I don't think at least.

Considering we only sell keys to Greenmangaming and Heybox, the only way you can sell keys is to sell whole accounts that JUST have the game on it [which are often bought with fraudulent information and is always against steams TOS.] or you sell keys that we sent you for free as a content creator [That we don't see any money for].

I dont even think there was that much drama around the map
there was a kotaku article trying to rage bait and thats about it. There was a bit of stuff when the nightclub map was added but that was for its own reasons.

The reality I see is that people were always gonna be disappointed by the map because everyone had their own version of what the map should be. Some wanted kids, totally not to do bad stuff to them, but the devs went the way they did.

I think it works best tbh, the map itself gives me the chills sometimes cause it feels like the school I went to.

I just dont like spending so much time on one level. Relapse is just way too long which makes it easy to miss something and if you end up getting killed at the end of the level then you have to do it all over again which is just more annoying than anything. I dont usually have an issue clearing it, its just annoying and gets boring about half way through for me

I think elephant was pretty much destined to fail
even the active shooter mode in early access was pretty ass other than if you just wanted to mess about
as a serious mode it was pretty bad since you'd get the shooter and then you have to go around civilian hunting. Which is exactly one of the issues with elephant

From a gameplay standpoint it was just poorly designed.

1. the map is too fucking big. It has a lot of cool rooms and places to explore, but bc of the time constraint you're just running around and don't get to appreciate anything.

2. not enough suspects. Again, huge map and just running around suspect hunting. Also bc of this, the cool map design is hugely under utilized

3. RNG dependent for mission success. Yeah I get for realism purposes students can get shot at any time but we're out here gaming 🤓
