It has poorer damage to the limbs iirc, but takes the same amount of shots to down suspects to the torso as 9mm. I personally consider it an upgrade when taking its extra penetration and mag capacity into account

JHP 5.7 can also two-shot suspects to the torso on maps without suspects health modifiers while still penetrating Kevlar iirc

they don't fire very fast but have good mag size, takes like 15 seconds to unload it all which is 14 seconds longer than the average gunfight
