ue5 is a tool, not an ideal one, but still capable of doing its job. tools can't do all of the job for you, and it's stupid (as i said) to think otherwise. bridges don't collapse because the tools were wrong. they collapse because someone fucked up (in this case it's void or contractors they hired)

I've been getting good performance after an initial debacle on not getting it to run, however I cannot apply the resolution scale. Every time I apply it and leave the Settings, when I go back it's defaulted to 100%. Also, at the bottom of that same screen (Basic Graphic Options) that talks about Helmet Cam Refresh Rate, the section header says <Missing String Table Entry>

DLSS works for me, I tested it with MSI Afterburner. it's roughly between 5-8% GPU usage difference though, nothing groundbreaking. I'm also using DLSS 3.7.2 if that matters

after deleted, did you tried to repair the files? if some mod modified any pak/or include any, it could cause this issue, also i assume your driver is updated, but usually right now it is happening a lot of crashs by some oldmods.

Hate to say it but Update your BIOS and select the new Intel Settings that comes with the update. I have the same CPU and I was having crashing issues with EVERY UE5 game for months. Updating my BIOS fixed it all for me.

Different issue, im guessing thats related to AI changes. They went from a parallel trace to a 4x trace for LOS checks which could make things heavier.
