Gunfighter is definitely really nice and should honestly it's features should be in the vanilla game. Other mods I use are mostly cosmetic, which is completely personal preference, although the consultant OD and Multicam are nice all around.

Visor replacer for ballistic mask, the balaclava mod in black, better vests remastered (I think that's the name anyway), katana pants (or something like that I forgot the exact name) and probably a few more. For guns I use ballistic's Mk16, some of his Ar15s as well, the new alpha Ak mod to name a few.
