If you don't care about incapacitations, MP5/10mm all the way. If you care about incapacitations, try MP7 or P90 with AP, one burst in the abdomen and they're incapacitated.

Literally just change the CPU. You are severely bottlenecked by your CPU. If you change your CPU to the 10th or 11th gen CPUs, you're golden. You'll need to change motherboard, also I think. Don't know Intel chipsets, but 5 generations is a big jump. Worth taking a look at Ryzen CPUs, might save some money or stuff. Everything else can hold up today.

For a 2070 Super, you can go lower to an R5 3600/3600X even. But a newer CPU will let you upgrade your GPU later down the line without having to splurge all over again

With such a PC, you can just get a 1440p 144Hz monitor and you might get better performance than on 1080p. Your GPU can definitely handle that. At least go for a 144Hz, you'll cap it out on pretty much everything at 1080p. Unless it's money, why would you stay at 60Hz with a PC that could run 4K games with upscaling ?

You can play multiplayer by yourself by hosting a friends server and not inviting anyone, but you won't have AI. For mods, I don't know. You might need to play the maps in order if you want to have AI

You’ll have to queue up the commands

I believe the default Keybind is [Shift]; you’ll queue up commands you want to do for blue/red team(s) first, then swap to gold/yellow and execute after everything is queued

If you don’t queue up commands and swap to yellow, it’ll bring all 4 members from red/blue combined to do that specific command

For example, if I want to do split breach:

• Blue Team: Hold [Shift] key, queue command them to Open and Clear
• Swap to Red Team: Hold [Shift] key, queue command to Open, Gas, and Clear
• Swap to Gold/Yellow: Execute commands (Z is default keybind iirc)

You’ll know if you’re queueing up the command when your command menu says “queueing”

I think it took me a day or 2 to get my Greased Palms True Solo S% speedrun. The map itself is one of the few maps that took more than a couple hours of attempts. Hospital is the one that’s kicking me in the ass at the moment

For Greased Palms, I recommend gassing/flashing FISA Office area; it’s the only area where you should really use gernades

I first clear the main lobby, the back room right behind it along with the two bathrooms then proceed into the next hallway and clear that. Then I wedge the two doors going into the big room and backtrack and clear that side building area in the right front parking lot and wedge the exterior door going into the big room there as well.....THEN, I clear out the loading dock in the back and some of the enemies that pop out from inside.....THENNN, I have cleared everything besides the 2 large rooms and they are locked in there. At that point I have tried every single entance to breach. I have even tried going back and force after detaining a few just to lighten the pack but I juts ALWAYYYYYYSSSS end up getting slapped by someone in one of those rooms or they all just rush at the same time. @bitter adder @dire garden

It’s a risky route; I think it might be the safest to clear outside external back dock for trucks then clearing the 2nd big room first

Pepperball should work, hitting them directly stuns them more than exposing them to the gas, though prefiring works like a charm in my use cases majority of the time

I’d say for AI, utilize them effectively somehow (I don’t usually play with AI so I wouldn’t really know)

I exclusively use only Ceramic most of the time. Thinking of using front steel for Hospital only

Steel does give you a higher chance of living though, since the plate itself can’t break and induces bleeding more often, allowing you to regenerate back up to 50% HP a lot more often

Mobility matters to me a lot (I’m a speedrunner) so I usually never run Heavy Armor coverage

It might be worth running Light Armor steel (give it a try) that way you might be able to take cover and get out of intense gunfights faster

Running Heavy Armor steel is a -23% x 5 deduction on speed, which is a massive debuff

And with AI, you get more guns, grenades, deployable, etc.

(Don’t run breach like I did - no use for you really. Instead, use a gas launcher or a riot shield, should help)

yeah so I killed a bunch of them because I had to hit them with the beanbags too many times cause they won't surrender lol. Geniunely don't know what's up but I think I got some bug.

My non lethal beanbag gun....killed them.....so what this game is telling me is I have to get taser distance to apprehend the suspect all while there is 7 others in the room rushing me and raining bullets towards me. It's just not even realism at this point lol

No, if they don't surrender their weapon and visibly start pointing it at you, you act in self-defense and you don't violate ROE. However, if you yell compliance at someone and they don't react at all, then the compliance call just hasn't registered and thus, you gave no warning, violating ROE. But in your case, he raised his weapon so he heard the compliance call. I think it's just a random bug you got, like a freak accident. Funny enough, I have 2 random bugs in one run that I'm trying to work around RIGHT NOW lol. You can check media if you want to.

Well, I know what you can do. Take a PC with out the save, turn off internet, launch the game and just to be sure, launch a mission and then exit the game. Turn the internet back on and try to launch the game game. It will say saves are out of sync and choose to restore the save from cloud.
