If your going to get it get it now while the steam sale is on. You need good internet and a good Graphics card if you want it to look good. It is difficult but rewarding, when you fininsh a mission with like an A you may get some cosmetics.

Overall it is Really fun and worth it in my opinion.

If you install it correctly, yes, it depends on the mod. Most mods are like that unless specified otherwise

They've worked on it a lot, I went from playing on my 1660ti at 3440p using medium + FSR on balanced to playing 3440p with medium/high no FSR. They plan on caching shaders in the future.

gunfighter mod is more of a quality of life improvement, not that complicated

it's literally a slightly different model for recoil, more equipment slots and added old school 9-bangs (in practice they're kind of useless but they're fuckin hilarious)

bit surprising the devs apparently never even considered officially absorbing gunfighter (for a commission to the maker or maybe even hire him and put him in charge of his own component)

what the mod does is so obvious and needed that you don't even get what it does until the next time you play without it

Yes, it has no support for VO mods so those just dont work, mod loading from mod.io is fucked so chances are its gonna load improperly, you can't use any mods that add blueprints because they're broken.
Then there's mods not deleting when you unsubscribe from them.
Then there's the UI which is just worse than prerelease, you can only see like 5 mods at a time.
Overall its just horrible implementation from the devs

It might have faster downloading, but i haven't felt it, it's not worth the hassle of gambling if the 2 gb mod i just downloaded will work or not
