I really like the game, however the 1.0 update that dropped mid-December put it in a rough state that makes it a little hard to recommend at its current price point. The developers have expressed that their top priorities for the next hotfixes are fixing the problems the playerbase have been most vocal about, so to purchase it now you're going to be taking their word for it.

I like the game and have been playing since EA, but 1.0 pretty much ran off my friends who also liked the game and had been playing since EA and I can't not factor that into my assessment of the state it's in.

Hi guys, just looking for opinions: I recently got the game, played an hour and a half with my friends, we completed the two first MP missions. But I’m starting to feel like the game has poor replayability, like once I know the map, I’m not really interested in tryharding the S or anything. So my main question is: Do missions get much longer? Are there modifiers that will eventually make completed missions different to make them a fresh experience again? Before closing my refund window I wanna make sure I’m not getting a game I’ll complete in 10-15 hours and won’t want to play again.

Considering it's a police shooter yes, but VOID with their design seems to think otherwise since 90% of the time suspects will not surrender unless you deploy less lethals

Suspects CAN shoot civs if provoked. If you make too much noise, there's a chance they'll shoot civs from the stress, or themselves.

Suspects will also shoot at areas you shot a suspect- like supressive fire to stop you from peaking that area.

Effectiveness between pistol calibers is negligible (except of course the magnum) so I would opt to bring a pistol with a high magazine capacity, also note you can’t check your mag while the shield is out
