You are not the only one experiencing this. I saw AI SWAT officers screaming at suspects who are shooting at them instead of shooting back or standing still while they are getting shot. They don't even respond or take cover when there is gunfire happening. It sucks.

I think the suppressor’s fine for the ARN-180, on full auto you can just burst fire it at close range and as long as you’re aiming center mass it shouldn’t go off target

yeah bro, welcome in hell with this new game of yours. only few suspects will surrender on yelling, so you need to give them a good cause for it. Talking about less lethal arsenal, hostiles will generately surrender after being exposed to a combination of 2 different object: bean bang + taser; flash grenade + stinger etc....

I say that because some guys will refuse to surrender after 2 or 3 tazer hits in a row, or 4 beanbangs. Better fire less but with variation in the stunning tool

JHP can pen lvl2 and AP can pen lvl3.

and i think damage falloff only kicks at like 15m instead of 9mm where it started at 2m.

so it's possible for you to 2 shot on the body at close range whereas 9mm, you have to be in kissing range for that to happens.

Depending on what you're shooting, they're non-negotiable

So is a suppressor cover. If you're going to spend hundreds of dollars on a nice silencer, but you won't spend the extra $50 on a suppressor cover for it, you are wrong.

This helps stop range accidents (I've seen my fair share of people accidentally grab a hot can after a range session), it helps you avoid burning yourself when manipulating your gun, and it helps with squad based tactics as well. Particularly going building to building, room to room. I've done multiple stack ups where we were nuts to butt with each other. I'd really appreciate it if the guy directly behind me does not cauterize my ass cheeks together with a red hot silencer

i think i've noticed something strange about the programmed psychosis challenge when it comes to playing with mods. apparently, mods i used are buffing suspect ai, some of them definitely being "no mercy for terrorists" and "skip civilian secure" (or smth). when i played with mods, suspects had unfairly little reaction time, kept moving even when they're supposedly stunned by a shotgun shot and overall were harder to kill

Basically for PRS and long distance shooting? 6.5 Creedmoor is your entry point. The 6.5 caliber has been around forever in so many military rifles, the difference is the Creemoor can run in ARs. So it's cheaper to get in while still being able to get that distance
