I really liked that in the past )) im not sure if this is still in the game anymore AI overall, civilians and suspects used to hide way more and take some legit bullshit defensive positions in order to caught you lacking from behind later on, so that you would need to check every hiding spot and open closets, check beds and hiding spots to kill these lowlifes or put zips on civilians who try to hide and tell them to hide. What does everyone here actually think about us being a SWAT team that has to bag every single gun and device for evidence. I completely believe in bagging stuff to take it away from the environment, but to be baggin shit during a raid? is it even worth it to get all the job done and then spend some big ass time looking for the guns aftermath?

Like when you free lean with the f90, and shoot once it resets you back to default position instead of keeping you in the same position you were in when taking the shot, that's what I remember happening but I don't think I have encountered it recently but I'll test it again
For myself this is solely isolated for the F-90. Basically go to the killhouse downstairs and free lean (alt + d/alt + a) and begin shooting. You can try to look in different directions as you shoot and it should knock you out of the leaning position, meaning you should be upright
Once you stop shooting you should be automatically in the free lean position again though

Final report regarding this issue
I have been reporting this bug for over a year, both directly and through other users, but it has remained unresolved since the console release of the game.
The F90 becomes unusable due to a consistent free lean interaction bug that breaks aiming stability and control.
At this point, I just want to ensure the issue is properly acknowledged and passed to the development team for review.
If it cannot be addressed, that is understandable, but leaving a weapon in a non-functional state severely impacts gameplay consistency.

Ironically, after the recent patches, the same issue that affects the F90 can now, in very rare cases, also occur with the P90 and other fast-firing weapons.

Iām not a developer, but I think there is an issue with the F90, P90, etc., basically with the projectile ejection system of this type of weapon.
I believe it might be creating a collision or an invisible wall with the character.

so if you lean right they go into the open instead of hitting any barriers
Initially, after September, I thought it would be fixed with the patch that addressed the flying shell casings.
However, after the patch was released, the casings now fall to the ground, but the ejection still pushes the character.
It feels like using a Barrett .50 cal.

Assuming this hasn't been answered yet, when a suspect's stress level is high enough they'll run and hit a Fire Alarm, alerting everyone on that floor and likely making them push out and search for you.

and .300 typically has more ammo per mag than 7.62x51

Yeah the only reasoning is because since people associate commander mode with the campaign it could make sense to have the missions in the timeline order but yeah difficulty wise it would be harder especially for new players which is their first pick when starting playing (choosing commander mode)

Stolen Valor is easiest when you take it top to bottom imo
Clear the outside and bottom floor if need be, then take the fire escape and go top to bottom

The only other advice I can think of is practice practice practice. Try doing runs in Quick Play until you can get it done consistently (taking breaks when necessary)

If you're trying to save all hostages and go for an S or even harder an A+ then yes Hunger Strike is def one of the hardest missions for that.
It's a super fast paced mission
You're basically speed running it
Just clear everything with crouching and freelook peeking
And have good aim and util usage
The smooth lean/crouch comes in clutch

Not all of them, take in mind Ready or Not alters things justifying them with the game's plot. LSPD are understaffed and overworked, its why we see 5 officers instead of 10 or more when doing raids (as they do IRL). Its also why we see them using guns like the SA58 for when they deal with terrorists and what not, which is not commonly a job for them (dealing with terrorists) as far as i know.
They have a trick where if a suspect is barricaded inside of something like a house and theyāre trying to flush them out theyāll go and tie a winch onto the door of said house and the other end to their MRAPS and then pry the door off the house with the MRAP
then after that theyāll use those launchers to fire tear gas into the room to hopefully flush them out

like how does the achievement work? i incapacitate 3 suspects using slugs will taking damage but it still doesn't pop
And most of them will be carrying the SR-16 or ARWC(Closest things to the Geissele Super Duty AR-pattern rifle's or modded MK18's you see SWAT carry in the present)
It's a bit bugged and requires some attempts to trigger it and seems to only work in the bank vault of all gods burn map

i run to the vault make then surrender and gather at least 3 of them around the canister

It's for sure bugged though because I tried like 30 attempts on no good deeds another 30 on all gods burn and then it unlocked when I was doing something completely different
and then shoot the canister and shoot them with slug rounds because it only incapacitate them

They're both 10m radius and 8s stun on standard
But stinger variant has a disadvantage that can kill/incap and cause friendly fire penalty
There's a reason there isn't a m32a1 stinger variant lol

They both need LoS to the suspect, obstacles in the way can affect it
Idk why they're both 10m radius tbh, because the hand thrown versions are 10m and 12m

I've had the most success with launchers tbh, with grenades they just suck
But then for Stingers? They throw them right at the doorway or ON OUR SIDE and then blur my whole vision

For Breaches they at least can throw stuff properly, but if telling them to throw in the open itās been busted since LSS
I had it on All Gods Burn earlier with a Hostage situation, I told them to throw a 9-Bang (I didnāt have Grenades on me as I was going for The Heat is On), and they just stood around
Then eventually, one of my SWAT AI members got RIGHT IN THE FACE of the Hostage situation, threw the 9-Bang past the Suspect and Civ, and missed
Somehow that still didnāt make the Suspect shoot the Hostage dead
I gave up after that and domed the Suspect myself

Sometimes they enter before the utility is thrown and I'm like wtf is happening
Then the guy throwing the utility throws it, while the others are already inside and he enters like hey all good?
I saw that happen a few times too

i just got the most unlucky death, i was playing ironman mode on hard and i got to a lethal obsession and i was clearing bottom up and i was peaking and i stepped over the front door tripwire and died
I read that as slipped over the front door
bro ironman mode genuinely sucks not because its super hard but because you have to redo 23 megabytes a second over and over
has it ever been useful to give the AI teammates a shield

They're hit or miss with it tbh, they like to fiddle with it and keep swapping weapons lol, but sometimes they're good with it, but tbh you're taking away some of their firepower to give them more protection if you get what I mean.
