Good tactics on standard will help you avoid most damage, so the ceramic will serve you better.

Good tactics won’t do shit for you on hard. It’s all luck. So pack the steel since you’re gonna be taking damage.

Not really, you survive more shots with steel in general

But it depends a lot if you get hit in limbs a lot as well

Not to mention with steel you have the chance to go back to 50% health if you're below 50% and bleed

steel offers better durability than ceramic, hence you tend to survive a larger quantity of shots, because steel plating doesn't break as fast as ceramic

Realisticly speaking Low Ready is faster, but High Ready is good for CQC and tight areas to keep it close to your body.

Not sure about the free lean abuse.

Everyone swears up and down by it, and yeah, I’ve noticed some occasional use cases for it.

But I personally haven’t been seeing great results.

You sacrifice a lot of fluidity in your aim in exchange for presenting a smaller target.

Which has kinda resulted in a bunch of situations in which I’ve gotten pinned down and suppressed, and can’t lean out without eating more suppression, making acquiring a target damn near impossible.

Maybe I’m using free lean incorrectly though, idk.

But the tech starts facing issues once they do see you.

Number 1 issue I face.

Most of my damage doesn’t come from people I don’t see, they come from people I can. I just can’t figure out a way to secure the shot due to suppression effects blurring my screen to the point of uselessness since alerted suspects will light you up if they see even a pixel. And they don’t need to hit you in order to make your peek useless.

for me its just when they peak, if they push, specifically the non-mlo units, their reaction time is literally impossible to beat

some of the units compulsively run around, and free look doesnt help you with them

i can go slow all i want but the broken ass roaming units are unplayable, you just have to hope they are facing the wrong way in your run or you never let them fire a single bullet
