Spear is unlikely as there is no reason for police departments to use that amount of firepower. The general problem is that it uses a caliber that no other country uses and America always wanted to get everyone to use 5.56 for easier amunition share.

I think injuries, excessive gunfighting, suspects fighting back with lethal weaponry greatly increases the stress level

I recommend keeping a S.B.A.S officer in your squad if the stress system seems difficult

it's not actually hard it's just annoying running across the whole map in 2 minutes to get all the suspect's before they start shooting

if you have atleast 1 real human teamate though then it's literally one of the easiest missions in the game because then it essentially cuts the time it takes to explore the map for the suspect's in half

the f90 isn't really a battle rifle nor high calibre and barrel length have no effect ingame besides dictating how close you can get to a wall before your gun is forced into high ready

also JHP 7.62x51 is lethal in 1 shot to the torso against all suspects exept l4 armour and greased palms doesn't have l4 armour so JHP is more effective since it does more damage to limbs shots compared to AP

not all suspects, suspects have higher hp in some maps

also in maps that you could oneshot them with 7.62x51 jhp you can oneshot them with 7.62x51 ap as well, with ONE exception being thank you come again

the damage penalty to limb shots with AP means it takes more shots to kill then with JHP using limb shots and on maps without l4 armour JHP has no negatives besides wall penetration
and maps with increased health pools (without l4 armour) end up actually further biasing JHP as the better option via limbs shot breakpoints as the breakpoints for unarmoured torso, l1, L2, l3 armour sit at 2 shots for both AP and JHP

the only situation AP is better is on maps with l4 armour which is elephant, sins, leviathan, lawmaker (1 suspect) and neon tomb (but you're meant to arrest the guy with l4 armour anyways)

you either aim for the head or for the torso, no point aiming for the limbs, except in very specific and niche situation

plus 7.62x51 is oneshot incap, not oneshot kill, so it doesnt invalidate any arrest named suspect mission
