Best Strat I’ve found is make 2 suspects surrender and take their guns away so if they stand up they have no guns to take. Then using voice command get them to move as far away as possible while you still can see them and then use a high caliber gun like SA58 with sniper scope and aim as high as you can to make sure it’s a clean headshot cause it has to be 2 headshots in a row. So make it clean as possible.

We would’ve had an objective to arrest a shooter ; probably Archie and then Relapse would’ve been the next mission chronologically with the hand looking for the shooter we arrested in order to kill him

3LT is one of the few actually linked to the main story

Again, my headcanon is NOT the plot we now have for obvious reasons but Relapse’s dialogue is very, very confusing and seems to hint at a scrapped plot

Voice actors are expensive so it’s likely they didn’t get to make new lines that you know, actually matched up with the current plot

teammate ai is actually quite smart if you command them right. just use them to breach doors first instead of yourself, give em shields and heavy armor before everything, and after the room is cleared just let em stand wherever

Check that everyone has been restrained if you’ve shot any suspects, check the spawn point and see if you’ve sent some people there,check behind doors,walls anything that people can hide. Keep yelling for compliance and see if someone responds
