Plus morale goes down because all civilians in the map die when they go off. And if you back out/exit the mission then it counts as an explosion and your team's morale will go down really fast

Again, I think Hide and Seek might be the one exception here, since the outside area is pretty dark and most of the russians wear dark clothing, so the zoom might be useful

That being said, if you aren't running a Remington 870 or a G3A3 on Hide and Seek then I don't know what you're doing lmao

Honestly there is no such thing as RoE anymore. There's comically few ways to break what little rules you actually have nowadays. The only ones are:

-> Shooting a civilian (hilariously, even this doesn't always count)

-> Using any lethal or less lethal force against surrendered civilians or suspects (yes, using pepper stray to keep a surrendered suspect from standing up and shooting you while you detain another suspect breaks fucking RoE)

-> Somehow I got an RoE violation for repeatedly shooting a suspect with a Glock who was backing away from me, still holding a gun but without firing back.

-> Also, shooting a suspect that's surrendered but taking one of the sneaky map paths (since they can somehow do this while surrendering without getting up) results in an RoE violation and TOC ordering your SWAT team to kill you for some fucking reason.
