Void just adds shit that makes headlines and gets youtubers to play it for 1 video every update and sell copies. None of the shit they add actually causes a playerbase to stick around. Out of all the tac shooters I play, all the friends on Steam I have who only play tac shooters, 0 of them have over 100 hours on RON, yet they can play Squad, Insurgency, SWAT 4, HLL, Rising Storm 2, if its got a gun and you can kill someone by shooting them with it, they have a thousand hours on it.

There's always going to be exceptions to the rule but the proof is in the pudding, everything they add is flash with no function. The HQ is literally a menu but instead of buttons you can slowly walk across a building. You could buy the $80 supporter edition, on top of paying $40 for the game, and it got precisely 1 singular pre-release update between 2022 and 2024. Actual $120 scam lmfao.

Iirc they don't scale the difficulty for the number of officers you have (regardless of AI or teammates) but given how the AI behaves it might as well be harder.

It depends more on your tactics, coordination and ability to use the AI if you're playing solo

Good team can make it easy. Bad team makes it worse. Hopefully that answers your question

you could also try the flash grenade launcher or stinger launcher, the instant detonation helps a lot with hard angles and entrenched suspects. i would suggest splitting your team with 2 less lethal shotguns and 2 pepperball rifles. 1 of each on each team. make sure to give them heavy armor and dump their side arm mags in favor of primary ammo and maybe a grenade or c2 for extra door clearing help. CS gas can help you get into tough to breach rooms (like center room on ides of march). It’s tough

Depends on your definition of best, if you value damage and stopping power you should use a .308 battle rifle, at the same time if you value stealth you should use a .300 Blackout.

556 is the king and is the best of both worlds, with good stealth when equipped with a suppressor and a good takedown per shot, you would find most of the 556 rifles to be the best.

UE5 needs to change the way it loads up .pak files in order to allow for mods, but that would require an engine update for the game

Besides, Sony does allow mods, but they're far more strict about the kind of mods allowed. FO4 used to have mods with custom assets in early days before only allowing tweaked vanilla stuff.
