Questions are good, but always check the given information. Overtaking is never, unless during a very special event, and I mean never allowed. It cuts down the chances of collisions and allows the convoy to slow smoothly.

thats the dangerous part, i saw allready 2-3 accidently go the wrong way.

and sooner or later somebody will propably purposely drive up there, since technically they didnt do anything wrong, afterall they could legally turn on this road

You can choose to drive from anywhere to anywhere, as far as I am aware. You can also choose to drive from anywhere to the event place or vice versa.
