the blog post today for Illinois also says nothing about a WoT event or rewards

• Use Save Edit to remove the restrictions
• Use a mod to allow the trailer to be outside of Finland
• Drive your vehicle, down to Germany, from Finland or use ferries, to shorten the trips

Yes, TruckersMP can run on Linux, but it does not have official native support. The best way is to use Steam + Proton + truckersmp-cli but you need to find someone experienced with linux to guide you with coding ... personaly i don't have experience with linux
