Yes, it's a bundle. Basically, I ordered a BMW CSL Clubsport DD pack with a Clubsport DD table clamp, the most expensive one in their catalog, which was out of stock. There were some problems, so they removed the table clamp and sent the rest of the order, then sent a replacement package with the table clamp, as expected. I just received one of the four items in my pack, so I'll probably get everything in several shipments. According to the UPS website, I'll receive the package tomorrow. It's outrageous! Never order from them. I won't return the universal hub if I receive the steering wheel. The hub costs €190, and my clamp costs €130, so I'm going to make money off them.

Yes. It will just cancel any in-progress jobs and force you to select a spawn location on the world map. But keep in mind that TMP doesn't support the current version ATS/ETS2 version 1.58. So if you have upgraded your game to 1.58 and then load a save that was last played in TMP it will update that save to 1.58 format and will stop working with TMP until it is updated to support.
