I too do believe there needs to be a better way to handle such situations, including a way for players to request a moderator in case none appears on scene within a reasonable amount of time on their own, but the sad reality is that the moment something like this is made it will 100% be abused, making it precisely useless. Whilst it can also be locked behind a certain level of access, what will be the point of it if none of those who have access are available to report the situation?
There's just not a way to make a perfect system where it both works without limitations and is not abused.

Quite a lot of players (Not everyone), want the vehicles gone, due to the "trolling behavior" - while others want vehicles, the rest is dont really care.

Last night at the east cd road gas station, I started to get bad fps
Turns out someone that’s chilling at the pumps was making my fps drop to single digits

My fps was +/- normal when Winterland appeared and the server was full and the ping was no more than 70 in crowds where there were 100-150+ people

I think tomorrow will be fine.
