Valid C-D reports are considered as "neutral" reports, and they won't raise your max report count, not only that, but you could get in trouble yourself if all you do is C-D reports. You should be aiming for "good" reports if your max number of reports you can make has been reduced.

Not sure I understand the question. Did you register TruckersMP account? And did you install the TruckersMP Launcher? If so, run it and play the game. It'll look much the same as singleplayer, but you really connect to the server when you press Drive in game menu.

- map extensions (Greece, Scandinavia, Going East) - extend the territory where you can travel;

OK so lets say you wanted to join this event:

On their page, they have an image that shows the public slot, in this case, the Bremen F7 garage.
So on 9th June, you join the event server (when its open) and be there at 17:00 UTC, and the event will start at 18:00 UTC.
There'll be some people providing instructions so you'll know what to do. Just be sure to follow the rules, both the TMP and event ones.

/disconnect in game drive forward passing the blockers current location park somewhere safe, Save game exit into the title screen relog back in to TMP load said save start driving forward, Oh look! you're no longer blocked congratulations you by passed a trolling blocker yeeey!
