Correct. The VTC doesn't do a whole lot in game really, but you can use it like a real company. Some sites like Trucky and TrucksBook will gather info and show what jobs people do, and what they earn doing the jobs. As for the same color trucks and that they usually get the same paint jobs and use a color scheme that the VTC sets for it.

It's not too hard, you can make one on https://truckersmp.com/vtc . The only hard part as such will be to get out there and recruit members. But as you grow you will get members you can trust to help run the VTC. It's not much different than the hierarchy of a military unit. You need your leader, usually yourself if you make it. Then Generals and corporals to help maintain the "order" below them. As for how many ranks you have is up to you. In my VTC I have 4 ranks, Myself, a dispatch, then leaders over new members.

As for VTC's to look in to there is Prime Logistics which is one of the largest ones within ETS and ATS I believe, but you can always have a look in #vtc-advertisement as well

Umm. I am not sure. As I am not familiar with that term at all. But the best I can say about it is you'd have someone in your VTC that will be able to talk to other VTC and/or members about future events and getting people in for it. I am not sure if that is the kind of stuff you mean. lol

ah..I lead a fleet in Star Wars the Old Republic from 2015 to 2019. was one of the top fleets on the server before I retired and handed it off to someone else..but VTCs no I'm not part of one and haven't found the motivation to either create one or help lead one atm.

Im fully aware of the heavy trooper only guilds in SWTOR.. to me they are silly ahahaha but the one I ran was a mix of all classes. and it was a top one for years. idk what happened to it now though. havent been on SWTOR in a bit

Eh i din't really ever cared about their gear aslong it looked similar to the main gear or looks somewhat fine eneugh to be accepted.

For example in an MTF unit i lead one wore Woodland camo while another person ran with an desert camo on his gear

was weird but i din't bother to ask why.

Gear colors didn't matter to me. the only time they did was during events. or PVP events. every guild i was a part of was successful because they allowed the players some freedom (and followed the rules naturally) rather than force them into a second job and do everything exactly as a job would like always wearing the same gear, colors, addressing rank, yes sir, no sir, that sorta thing. once guilds start turning into a job they always fail.

The only time i would really care about gear personally was when i worked with intel typa units for example the FBI, CIA or the UIU. yes i count UIU as an intel unit mainly due they an branch under the FBI.

the same goes kinda for UNGOC but meh.

for SCP:F departments it would be ISD, IA and the EC

oh man i love the Ethics Committee, people hated me simple for doing my job.

basically. that's why u play games like that with friends. Star Citizen is actually a really good game. its jsut worthwhile to paly with friends. and the nice thing about star citizen is u can have real people work on your ship and not just npc

It's an RTS series made by The Creative Assembly. I have every single one. they are good. can have huge army battles, sea battles in some of them, and sieges in every one of them. And some of the games are pretty brutal. ie body parts etc
