We can't detect if a person is drunk, but if they break the rules they can get reported and banned, regardless of DUI.

Yes but it's changes gears by himself, and if you have to break quickly for some of the reason and tou have to downshift then you probably need to skip gears for shift the speed again

And the automatic is the best way to do that
