Only way I see around this is to change your IP address, however that would still fall under Ban Evasion.

Since you mentioned that you were not at fault, and that your little brother was in control of your account, and your little brother was driving recklessly on your TMP account.

As long as you were telling the truth and wasn't lying, then I do believe you should be given a second chance.
Well actually an immediate unban since you were not in control in the first place.

I mean just think of it, banning an account for wreckless driving, yes that is a bannable offense, however this is unfair if the user said and had proof that he/she wasn't at their pc at the time.

Even if you did change your IP address to avoid the IP ban, the Ban Evasion would be invalid since you were not in control over what happened.
