You need to buy the same amount of trailers as you have employees, though having them avaliable for them does not mean they will use them. It is a waste of time, money and effort buying trailers for the ingame hired drivers because of this. Just buy a truck, set it up and copy the specs of it every time you need to buy for a new driver.

Your ping in the speedtest is low because the server it's testing on for you is close to you.
You are however not close to the TMP server location, making your ping high

Telling you this as you seemed like you genuinely wanted to help the person so this will help you for future.

Save editing. You take 1 part from 1 truck lets say a renault T and you place it onto a different truck lets say scania s. So for stuff like exhausts or bumpers its normally okay but for interiors you cant really do that. Because the interior is modeled specifically for each truck to fit perfectly. So if we save edit an interior it would glitch out of the cab and would not be allowed on tmp.

Local modding was the right thing to suggest since with local modding what we are doing is saying okay. This interior exists here. What we will do is scale our interior slightly smaller so it goes over the top of the original. Best way to think of it is imagine a wall that is yellow. And we put a layer of paint over it to make it red. The yellow wall is still there. But because we put red over the top you cant see the yellow any more.

So now if people ask stuff in future youll know which one to suggest based on what they are trying to do 🙂

You have Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator purchased and activated on your Steam account (Family Sharing & inventory copies are not supported),
