Sadly you won't be able to leave the state of California with a intrastate CDL till your 21 then you can upgrade to an interstate CDL. Best thing I'd recommend to you is find a beer company. Most have in-house CDL training schools. That or Pepsi and Coca-Cola does the same thing, but you're basically going to be exclusively local until you're 21.

yeah that is what I was afraid of to be honest, I am from San Diego so everything is so Expensive like really expensive, I honestly want out of California that's why I was trying to do some research but I really couldn't find anything...I have been in California since I was born and I liked it at first but now I completely hate it. Yeah the unfortunate truth about being under 21 is CDLs are kind of useless. That is if you can find a company to get your license. If you're under 21, then you'll have experience for when that does happen. You could also find some luck with a local LTL company like FedEx, Old, Dominion, etc. but most jobs that do that are warehouse and usually you have to work x amount of months and then they'll put you through their school. But that will be my advice to you
