TMP issues their bans according to internal procedures. The best way to argue about duration is via their appeal system. The moderator should explain everything

And appeal the ban if you think that it’s wrong. And make sure you have video evidence you took, to back yourself up

If you mean a black screen upon starting the game through the TMP launcher, after a few screens (scs, ets2 logos), just before getting to the TMP login screen: alt-f4 out of the game and try again with skipping (pressing esc) through the logo screens quicker or slower, especially important at the final skip to the TMP login screen.
Skipping too fast or sometimes too slow seem to black screen the game for me.
Also, in some cases moving the mouse during the final skip works too, if the skipping speed doesn't work. Just try what works for you. I don't know what causes this bug, but it seems to be something about switching to the TMP login screen.

If it's something else, then idk. The bug explained above seems to be pretty common

I'm not sure about the strongest combination, but for a lot of power you might want to look for a Scania or Volvo (they got about 750hp or more at best)
