If you can't load any other save file, your profile might be corrupted or you basically don't have the mods you had before so game can't load that save file.

I recommend trying the backup of your profile:

Open the Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 > "profiles(1.56.1.16s).bak" folder and copy everything inside it into the main profiles folder (This might delete your last saved games)

Okay, but still, when I launch my game without mods, I manage to load my save, so I think that’s normal. But I created a new profile and installed the promods, and it still didn’t manage to load, even though I didn’t have any saves on this profile.

Team, a couple things that are currently frustrating me.

1. I'd like a log of my ticker tape. If I accidentally press escape while a driver level up for example, I lose it before I see who did it, etc. I saw some forum posts, but they go back to like 2018
2. I'd like to rename AI drivers. I have 260 drivers and some with the same first name and initial. If we have renaming that would be great. Its probably easier to code the driver # along with the name on the ticker.

I have not used a mod before, but there's plenty of youtubes on it. I am also a professional developer, so if its possible to do either of these from code, I'll look up how to create a mod and code it myself.

If this isn't a promod topic, is it better to look at #ets2-modding? Thanks in advance

If in single player with a no AI mod, open up convoy mode, set a password and select in one of the boxes No AI vehicles, open up the convoy and try and recreate what happened. It could be that mod that is causing an issue.

The real reason, we lack of support mods, is that it quite a lot of stuff out there, would require players to download it, if they want to play or use it.

and nordic horizons is very spread out compared to promods

It's a command line in the config file. Something about reset suspension at a speed, can be turned off so it stays raised or lowered at high speed

Verification

You can get the Verified role by linking your Discord account with your TruckersMP account.

Click on the server name "TruckersMP",
Select id:linked-roles in the dropdown-menu,
Click on "Verified" (id:linked-roles:1083781004038250546) and follow the steps.
