TruckersMP does not support ProMods yet, as the new version is not released yet. The old ProMods version is also not supported anymore because TruckersMP supports ETS version 1.55 already. This means that you are currently unable to play on ProMods when playing TruckersMP.

You can actually play multiplayer with promods, but you have to use older version. But then you cant play TruckersMP, but SCS Software own ingame built multiplayer.

It is not possible to play ProMods in TruckersMP, until it is updated and TMP make support for promods newer version.

That is completely normal that it takes days to probably a month, before ProMods or even TruckersMP to update.

It isnt just change 1.54 to 1.55 - there is huge workload behind the scenes and all depending on how much work SCS Software puts into their games for these volunteer mod creators.

I would just try to download Reforma according to a Tutorial's load order. I was thinking of a Map Fix mod that I can't find (it's not actually where I was thinking it was). But- I did used to use one that fixed the "zoom" crashing.

Otherwise you may just be missing a file and not realize it. I've downloaded Reforma multiple times, so it's definitely playable.

Because of the pressure applied by the community we have decided to release ProMods 2.75 without any new content. It is basically the same as version 2.74 with some fixes.
We simply do not have the right environment to peacefully work and release the quality of work that you expect from us. With the interruptions caused by the team visit to Prague, combined with holidays the nearest release date we could have achieved would have been mid to late August, which clearly does not meet the community's expectations.
Instead we envision to release ProMods 2.76 with the content that has now been abandoned for version 2.75. We do not know when this version will be ready.

TBH if they knew it was summer, people wouldn’t be available etc, they should just have just planned to release the compatibility update much sooner… They’ll never release work that isn’t up to their standard and thats great, but they also have to accept, people don’t want to wait months for a new version as it messes up planned convoys etc! So I think people would much rather a compatibility update rather than no update!

But i still appreciate all the work every single member of the PM team do that many people wouldn’t understand!

i am pretty new to ets2 and i have been playing truckermp for a couple of weeks now. i wanted to try to join the promod server but after installing promods i don't see the server showing up. ive been reading that the version of the game is new and but i didn't follow any news about it.

Can anyone tell me if at this moment it is possible to join the promod server?

With or without ProMods, the ProMods server should show up.

TruckersMP have been updated to latest version for some weeks by now. ProMods only recently catched up for that.. Now we wait for TruckersMP to update and support ProMods again.

And since ProMods currently not supported, the servers are out of use.

how accurate to real life is the promods road network in Europe vs what ETS2 has as base

cuz ive looked at google maps for Europe (specifically looking for the infamous c-d route) and all i see is like 5 million larger roadways

america is easier to understand as there isnt 5 million roadways when zoomed in a certain distance

Famous CD road doesnt exist on real life. It is just a highway.
Msot places are pretty realistiv and still noh realistic in decent level.
Some places are 100% identical as real life while other is not as much identical, but can still be seen what and how it should look like when comparring the game and real life.

No idea what you're even doing. Download all the 13 files and extract them (the first one). You're going to need the DEF file too.

I've been trying to get ProMods packages since February, but I always get a message saying Windows is corrupt and can't open them. This is true with both the paid and free versions.

The def file is a separate file and not a RAR or etc, of course I choose the Mods folder to unpack the compressed files separatelly from def file. I've been doing this for years, about as long as ProMods has been existed. But since the beginning of this year I haven't been able to do it anymore because when unpacking I get the error message "cannot open or unpack because no content found. Files may be corrupt".

I suspect that it may be in the device that shares the internet between two computers. I will try another option, that is, I will disconnect the computer from the device and make a direct connection between the computer and the router. And I will restart the computer. Has Truckers Mp considered adding an A-link trailer to the game? It's similar to a B-link, but it has a separate trailer hitch with a saddle that connects to the first trailer and the rear trailer sits on top of that saddle.
