The main problem here, is the kyber command prompt doesnt appear at all!

What do you get? Do you get any error mesaage after that?

What you can do is that:

Try making the following folders exclusions in your anti-virus:

C:\Program Files (x86)\KYBER Launcher

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\ArmchairDevelopers

To do so, go here in your Windows settings: Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Security -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Manage Settings -> Add or Remove Exclusions

Hey buddy, we found the problem! The problem was caused by non-ASCII characters in Maxima and Kyber path, that's the only reason for the error. We had to create a new Windows account and it works, the command prompt appears, and Kyber launches fine.

But of course this is only a workaround, since this resest your profile and you have to setup everything again, it shouldn't be like this.

The only solution is to revert the setting that disabled non-ASCII characters in the last update** ([2.0.0-beta6] - [21/8/25]).**

Now you can do what I did, create a new Windows account with a different user name, etc. I think you should wait, they'll probably solve it, I hope... At least now we know what the problem is! 😅
